car blocking driveway

Not in SF. We used to do it all the time when people blocked in our driveway. :twofinger Not sayin' it's legal or nuttin' (it also ain't too friendly to our disabled brethren). And I'm not sayin' ya could get away with it elsewhere, but damn, it's funny. :rofl I also had some folks towed too. Probably a total of 4-5 over three years.

My Uncle used to have an issue with his neighbor blocking his driveway. He was nice about it the first three times. The fourth time crashed his car (multiple times) into the neighbors. How he didn't go to jail on that one amazes me.

I hope it was me that got your friend towed and look forward to doing it again. Your "friend" deserved what he got.

People that PAY to have a garage get pissed when they can't use it.

It's quite possible that whoever lives at the place with a garage has a very expensive car with low clearance that can't maneuver around the piece of shit that is blocking the driveway...
:wtf you alrite man?
who shti in ur ceral today? look at the situatio on hand instead of using my friend for an xampole
what part o fhte city do you live in..

man im wastd im not even gonna bother spell chieckin

Drunk, profane, not funny, and illiterate?

You have definitely brought the LEO forum to a new low.

Update: I gave it over twenty-four hours and the douchebag is still parked like that. My uncle drives a 2007 Tundra with a camper shell and parked in the driveway spot that he is blocking which then is now about 3" away from my car. How he probably got out of the tundra? probably the passenger side of his truck because now, the passenger side has a bout 1.5" feet of space not including parking crooked and slightly being over behind my car .

The car could move 2 feet back and be in part of the space that entails that ONE parking space. I live in a house next to a house, the neighbor who owns and operates the vehicle lives in an apartment complex across the street with too many tenants and not enough parking spaces. To find the tenant would be like finding a needle in a hay stack.

Your update didn't say what you wrote on the note you left on the car.

or even better ninja250 spotted which barfer is that.

You havent really been around long enough to judge a new low when ya see one. Trust me on that one.

You may not have started threads like this or the 250 sighting but you did start a thread showing you doing ultra cool donuts in a Beemer IIRC. Yes, real good thread there bro. :thumbup

Rome,

When you post a Help! thread in the LEO forum, how will you feel if someone responds in the second post as such (and yes, I just changed a few words in your original, #2 post in this thread):

* * *

are you kidding me?? you drove 85 miles in a school zone??
i hate people like you.

my friend's kid almost got hit by some guy like you, who thought he was just too kewl to drop his speed..

man, you have pleeeeenty of time to reconsider driving like a jacka$$!

PS

Call the WHAAAAMBULANCE

Sure, I bagged on you. And your comeback was typical of someone who doesn't give a sh!t. The fact is most BARFers who post in the LEO do care about the law and their fellow riders. Even Norcalbusa. :laughing :twofinger Think about it.

It seems you forgot just plain rude.

Hey n00b.... more flies with honey, OK. I'm trying to help you out here.

P.S. If you don't like the threads people start start one of your own that is intellegent and gets people's minds working.

DongeR,

You are being entirely too nice. As in most towns except San Francisco, the traffic enforcement people work during daylight hours. Give them or your town's police dept.'s non-emergency number a call and ask that the vehicle be ticketed. Also find out if towing the car will somehow affect you legally. You don't have to request that the vehicle be towed today, as there's probably some city ordinance that a vehicle has to be parked for more than 72 hours before it can be towed legally (as in a city notice slapped on the windshield notifying of impending towing). For sure, take pictures of the offending car in daylight and how it's affecting your uncle's truck with the camper shell. That way, if the neighbor should feel the need to argue with you or your uncle, you have photographic proof that shows how adversely his parking his car affected your family's driveway access.

But if you really want it towed, then go for it.

OK, I read thru the rest of the responses here. Since NO ONE gave you a divenitive answer, I will. You left a note, doesn't matter what you said, gave them 24 hrs to move, they didn't. Now is the time to follow thru and TOW THE CAR!! I don't give a rats &^% who they are, tow it!! IF, They are stupid enough to "try and get back", you have their license #, you can track them down and leave little greetings on their vehicle, like, flat tires, sugar in their tank, water in their oil, etc., etc.. I doubt the would "try to get back" due to the fact that if you go thru the PD, the vehicle will be cited for "blocking and private driveway". Good luck!! Maybe one of the responders on this thread will have their driveway blocked, then lets see how they respond?? Easy to tell someone else they are being "pickey" or "an asshat", untill it happens to you!

yes that thread has a video in it.. of me doing something.
not a thread of me complaing and a picture. and what is IIRC if you dont mind me asking, but i'm sure you'll make a stink about me asking what that means 2.
i think that thread is better than this one.. a lot of the threads on here from what i've seen so far since JOINING are people posting silly questions and everyone flaming them for 15+ pages..

the stunt section gets some cool pics posted and boom here comes the flamers and haters..
