Definitely C1. Wiki says it went though a couple styling iterations before they introduced the C2

It's a '59 or '60. First year for dual headlights was '58 and they also had the one year only washboard hood with 18 louvers molded into the fiberglass.
The '58's also had two large chrome rails that ran the length of the deck lid on each side of the round, chromed ringed Chevrolet Corvette badge. Without a picture of the dash hard to tell if it's a '59 or '60. The '61 Vette's were similar except for the new back end tail design that was carried over to the new '63 to '67 C2 cars.

In 1960 GM started producing their own light duty 1/2 and 3/4 Ton 4x4 trucks.
