Some are just born with them

I am going to suggest that some people are born with chickenstrips and others are not. Some are able to overcome this genetically predetermined disability, others not. Some buy bikes with pegs so low as to make it impossible rid themselves of this incideous disease, thereby masking there disability. Others wear bright leathers or add carbon fiber stickers to draw the casual observers eyes away from the obvious symtoms of the disease. I have seen some go so far as to crash their bikes and stop riding to put this problem behind them. Others will add loud pipes and do stoppies or wheelies mid traffic or in front of that junior high.
There is an easy pre screening process to determine if you have this disease or not. If you find yourself attracted to shiny things, especially chrome, stay in the cage, do not get on the bike, stay away from the Mtn, and for Gods sake dont buy bright leathers.
If on the other hand you find yourself mentally disecting corners, trying understand the dynamics of carving the perfect turn, realizing that some of the best riding moments are when no one is around or looking, and appreciate the patience and time needed to aquire the skills, well you dont have the disability. You may have the symtoms on your tires now, but they will go away as you gain experience and appreciate the art of sport bikes.
