Chicken Wings; Drums or Flats?

What do you prefer?. Many Korean Fried Chicken places charge more for the drums. I don't get it, I love the flats much more, with the drum you get that big ole cartilaginous end piece on the end that takes up a ton of real estate. that I do not like.

Heaven for me is being able to put the entire flat in my mouth and pulling out just two empty bones- with the cartilage still attached.

My Wife love the cartilage and all that gross stuff on the end, that makes me want to BARF!!!!

I have a thing about getting slippery stuff on my hands. I hate the feeling. I wear nitrile gloves when I work on my cars and motos. I’d wear them to eat food if they weren’t so expensive, so the next best option for me is only using one hand and keeping the napkin in my other hand.

As for the poll, I like both equally.
