And of course, right after I get off the phone complaining, I get an email "Great news! We've increased your upload speeds! We're happy to announce you can now enjoy up to 5-10x faster upload speeds to your current package at no additional cost."
Then got a phone call saying "our technicians identified and fixed a problem in your area! You may not need the appointment on Monday anymore. Would you like to cancel?"
Riiiiiiiiight. The issues I've been having for a year magically got fixed in the span of a 45 minute phone call.
