Looking for recommendations on a trackday setup for two bikes. What is everyone using?

I would like to stay at 10k or less for truck and trailer. Looking for something with room for two bikes, a bed, A/C etc. Basically RV amenities.....in a trailer... Any obvious suggestions?

Most people say save the cash and put it towards tires/tracktime etc. I have definitely done it the budget way in the past.

Check these guys out, rubitrux.com my cousin is their head mechanic/builder. You can get a bed extension and a 6.7 hemi swap with 600hp to get the the track with ease! Lol, but back to the OP post, I never imagined a bike in a jeep with the hardtop on. I want my TJ back
 
Yo, not to get off subject but are they really asking $129,000 for a fucking jeep on that rubitrux sight?!?! My man isn't just a rock crawler, he's a rock smoker too.
 
Saw someone who had built out the inside of a small box truck - put in an area for the bikes in the back, mini kitchenette, toilet, and bed in the front half, some cupboards and such in the bike area for bike shit. Door and the ability to close off the bike area for the smells (or you could probably seal it off if you were willing to crawl through the cab to get to the bed area). Throw an AC unit in - pure gold! Actually was a pretty awesome set up IMO, pretty sure most of it he did himself. Plus, no towing speed limits!

Seemed like a pretty damn cool way to do it on a budget if you can't afford a RV - thinking someday my handyman skills may get a serious brush up!

$300.00 ftw. The upgraded hubs and clasp set me back another $100.00 while the *Marina Blue* diamond plate I covered it with set me back another $300.00 (I know, lipstick on a pig)

I like trailer's because they don't cost you anything while they're sitting there between races (i.e insurance) and you can generally keep 'em loaded and ready to go (if parked in a safe place). I just rolled the bike out and set up a cot for many years. Ran the A/C off a generator when needed. Had a solar panel on the roof and a deep cycle battery for lights and fans. I loved it!

The harbor freight trailer is cheap, easy to store and certainly does the job.

The bad part of a trailer is the 55mph speed limit. I always thought a cargo van with an awning and a pop-top so, that I could sleep w/o having to remove the bike would be pretty sweet and possibly still budget frinedly.

For 10K or less you can buy a decent full-size cargo van. Your bikes and gear will be secure at stops and you don't have to worry about the 55mph limit for towing.

I'd say there is no way any of those vehicles are worth what they're asking, but they've got quite a few marked as sold. Nicely restored and upgraded, but doesn't seem like they should be worth that. You can put 100k into a desirable classic car and you most likely won't get 100k for it (modified, not a rare #s matching low mileage car).

Their Korean War ambulance seems nice, at $72K, but yeah, warranty is an issue. No pics of the actual cargo area, tho...
 
One of these would be amazing. Bolt in some tool boxes, a workbench, there's room for a flip down bed and small kitchenette. Plus it's got a hydraulic ramp to lift the bike!
