we have to search for scraps because only the "correct" approved information is disseminated and made available. sometimes "scraps" make it through which may show what's actually going on.

from the mouth of the beast itself

yup, as I posted tens of pages back a couple months ago... vaccinated Sally gets COVID but, because of the vaccine, her only symptoms are a runny nose and an annoying dry cough. Sally assumes she has allergies and goes to work and spreads COVID to her coworkers. unvaccinated Bob gets COVID and runs a fever, has body aches, and a nagging headache. Bob stays home and drinks tea and takes d3 until his fever breaks and he's feeling better.

The CDC recently created a dashboard of how much COVID bacteria has been discovered in wastewater, though state and local agencies had been sending the CDC their own wastewater data since the start of the pandemic, The Times said. The appearance of COVID in wastewater can help health authorities predict outbreaks, scientists have said.

That covid bacteria tho...

TWF posted the abysmal effectiveness of the vaccine for kids and you got your panties in a bunch. You know that most people are getting paid to shill for big pharma, right? Please don't tell me you're doing it for free...

So we're subjecting kids to potential side effects of a vaccine and it's not even doing anything to help them? Before COVID, people would be weary about signing their kid up for an experimental cancer treatment to save their own lives, now people are chomping at the bit to inject science juice into their kids to save grandma with diabetes. Jesus Christ.

Emotional response is emotional. mRNA vaccines have been researched for nearly 3 decades and thanks to the pandemic, have had billions more dollars thrown at them to bring a viable vaccination to market in record time (fuck yeah, science!). Efficacy is well documented, and the side effects are in line with any other vaccine.

The study is also a pre print and not peer reviewed.

Does public read medical studies that are peer reviewed or watch MSM for information? If information is not correct then MSM should not report it, that would be fake news.
All I did is post what I heard on news today.

Climber seems like one of those people that will never ever ever admit that anything they’ve ever believed or said might be wrong. I’ve known a handful of people like that in my life, all very unpleasant people overall.

He will and he has in the past. I've known him a long time and while we're opposites politically for the most part and both impassioned, we've not run afoul of one another. You guys can do the same thing and watching the interactions, they seem tit for tat.

Take a shot at starting over. He's a good dude and makes a good friend. IIRC, we were the same (beating on each other over the internet) till we met up and became friends.

YMMV, but always worth a shot.

Lol the public mostly only takes in what is spoon-fed to them. The media shouldn't be reporting on non peer-reviewed studies IMO.

Predictably you take one link and immediately "debunk" it. The entire study is in the second link, feel free to read it, unless you think a peer reviewed study out of Sweden, hosted on the Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute, is also a right wing website :laughing

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjxlvduyJyc

there's a video breaking it down if you don't want to ready and digest the entire study ^ pretty sure DrBeen Medical Lectures isn't a right wing source but who knows, your sketchy media bias fact checking website might think so

“Covid bacteria” oooof! That makes any biologist cringe.

Doesn’t the vision link he supplied just cite the Swedish report link listed second?

Is the “right” never right?

And agenda? If I have any agenda it is to hope people open their minds and not hitch up to a single political horse. Factual information can come from any source regardless of who presents it.

If I was on the pro-vax side right now I would be asking myself why mainstream media outlets like CNN aren't reporting on this peer reviewed study. After all, Climber said it best himself a couple pages back:

Climber said:
Also, the people on the side of pro vax don't cherry pick, we look at all of the data and take it with it's good and bad points.

Majority of people did not throw out their mask and switch to a new one every 2 hours.

I have a set of masks on a two week rotation, but I do wear the same one each day. Then it sits for two weeks and will be used again.

And even if the pandemic completely died out, I'd still keep the remaining because the next pandemic is just one tipped-over test tube away. I'm sure they're working on it right now.

Perhaps because "mainstream Media" doesn't usually publish obscure technical papers unless they're trying to make a point or fit an agenda. Thats certainly nothing new nor unexpected

As for the study, I don't have a sufficient background to extrapolate meaningful risk from it. I also see plenty of people discussing this without implying dire consequences

It's not that I "trust" media, I just see the motivation to sensationalize this as a lot higher than the motivation and feasibility of grand coverup. It's also worth pointing out that I can find discussions claiming that the same findings appear to occur with the virus itself

because it's an in vitro study

It still has to be validated in vivo

shit happens all the time in test tubes and petri dishes and never happens in the real world.

Why should I trust this opinion piece over that study?

The study is a pretty narrowly scoped experiment and doesn't make meaningful conclusions. It didn't offer an opinion...YOU did

So yes, I will place more trust in the article TZ and I posted than your conspiracy theories :twofinger

Why should I trust this opinion piece over that study?

You shouldn't. It is not any different than us arguing here. That is all I see, two sides wherever you look.
It is all bs, give me number of cases and number of death and that is science to me. Years later we will find something that is close to truth.
Reminds me of afm and statistics. Statistics say chance of 3 races rained out in one season are next to 0. And than you get it next season :)
