Cost To Rent THill For a Private Trackday??

So I am just curious..anyone know what it costs to set up a private trackday at THill? Starting to see more open track days set up by various groups..so just wondering what it would cost and what would be included vs just sticking with a school.

I know that setting up an open day means all riders of all levels ride together..so I know there are advantages and disadvantages..but just curious.

Anyone know??
 
A buddy of mine said 10k, but that's for a car track day. Apparently, it includes emergency services and corner workers. I'm not sure how accurate that is

2012 weekday rate:

$5250 for the first 20 bikes. $120 per bike over 20 bikes.

+ $50 for waste removal.

+ $150 for the club house if used.

I think that's $265 per bike (20 bikes). I wonder how much insurance is.

Lol jacqueline..nooooo..not me personally..was just curious to ask...would be fun to get a bunch of friends together to ride all day though...was just wondering.

I may call around and ask about the insurance part. May be just like a one day event insurance plan..usually not terribly expensive.
 
You should ask your "president" from you club to talk to berto from disturb ryders from modesto. He does open trackdays at t hill, he can give you more information.

That price includes insurance, grid manager, medical, corner workers, walkie talkies, etc. It's all included in the price. T-Hill makes it easy and they're very easy to work with. They'll even let you run the track backwards if you want! :p

I figured that this had to be included because I have seen quite a few folks posting private track days and they all are quoting around $265 for 20people...price goes down if more people come in..

One of the curve unit members who also is in BMW car club was given almost $10k worth of expenses that was extra stuff..

I am going to call them and get the actually skinny..gotten some different answers here...

jacqueline..you just missed Z2's Women's VIP track day last Friday. Curve Unit is abig supporter of this event. It is not a full women's track day..only the C group is women's only..but is pretty cool to ride with just women.

Depending on cost and interest...perhaps CU will look at hosting something in 2013..may or may not be women's only..but may be fun to have a private event!!
