Ed didn't apologize. He wrote words that wasn't an apology. If you can't see that, that's your problem.

Again, you keep saying it's resolved and it's over as if you're the person who gets to decide that. If I'm still talking about it and so are you, then it's not over.

What agenda is it you think I might have? And what collective are you referring to?

What serves the 'collective' is dudes on BARF owning up to comments that turn off ANY demographic that may be present on BARF. Me speaking up is only "going about it the wrong way" because you don't like it.

Things that were said here, myself included, are really racked up to "locker room talk" guys do to justify bad taste jokes. It's not that hard to admit that. I do it all the time but I'm not in the 'locker room' when I do it.

At least I was sincere about stepping out of line.

Mods should lock this thread IMO.

If your dog is unleashed and someone tells you to leash it, even if they are "crazy" I would just leash it and move on with life. Then unleash when I feel comfortable doing so. A lot of conflicts can be avoided just by being nice to each other instead of taking out phones and recording like in the video.

The thread shouldn't be locked. The conversation going on isn't a TOS violation and those that think or want the conversation to be over are saying so because they don't like what they're reading. That's not a reason to stop a thread.

Karen's often get irrationally upset if dudes refer to tabletop Role Playing Games, as board games. Not saying that was the case here, because the Karen on the video clip almost definately had more serious underlying issues, IMO.

Seriously, the safety of the animal is of utmost importance to me. I too love to walk my dogs off- leash, but I know that 99% of people don't understand that pit bulls are harmless, so my Wife and I walk our mutts at 6:00am, so that we can avoid the whiny people. If we do happen upon another person on the trail, we immediately stop and put our dogs on leashes.

Bottom line is this- no matter how well trained/behaved your Pit Bull is, it just takes one asshole to have your dog put to sleep. My dog's mean the world to me, so I quietly put them on a leash to keep THEM Safe.

that woman sure used some bad language though. (and no, I don't love her car model. <-- which is the important stuff.
