On behalf of the Dainese D-Store San Francisco I'd like to get the word out about an upcoming event we will be hosting.
At the D-Store we've encountered countless customers that always have the thought and desire to attend a trackday, but lacked the knowledge, and or information about what is involved with doing one. More specifically: getting to the track, necessary gear, bike setup, equipment, costs etc. If you've ever thought about doing a trackday, but are hesitant for many of the typical reasons that steer people away from actually doing one, this event is especially for you. This event is also for any seasoned track rider who just wants to come out and talk bikes and gain knowledge with some great people. This will be a great event and we encourage everyone interested to come out.
Here is a breakdown of the event and who will be there:
Saturday, July 25th. Doors open at 10am.
Michael Earnest of Pacific Track Time
Michael Earnest of Pacific Track Time, the Bay Area's premier track day provider, is coming to the D-Store to provide a seminar on how to prepare for that first track day and what to expect. Michael Earnest will answer all your questions about anything trackdays. As a huge bonus to all attendees, Pacific Track Time will also be giving discount codes for entry level(C group) riders at this event.
Dave Moss of Catalyst Reaction
If you don't know Dave Moss, he is the master of suspension tuning. Whether you need a setup for the track, for the street, or just want to learn about suspension, Dave Moss and his crew from Catalyst Reaction will be here to do adjustments here on site.
Ken Casey of Race Ready Motorsports
Ken Casey of Race Ready Motorsports will be present to discuss tires and other track components essential to preparing your bike for the street or track.
Last but not least, the D-Store staff will be open under normal business hours to the public, to assist you with any of your gear questions and needs.
The D-Store San Francisco is getting more involved with local track days and related events. We hope that you will join us!
