I think it is clear that the rider is the squid, so a squid bike (as I interpret it to mean the most common bike found under a squid) would be an R6. Maybe even an R1. Followed by the Gixer or Kwak. I would say the least likely squid bike of this Genre would be the CBR. Honda is just to "Vanilla" for the typical squid.
 
Take any bike, jack the squid up and then roll bike under him. Lower the squid onto the bike = instant squid bike. :twofinger
