Summary....

In conclusion, although I am happy with my purchase of the White Zoo, I am left wishing for more. I wish that AGV had paid more attention to these small details, such as Ears and Mouths.

I bought this helmet because I thought it looked awesome and to me it does... Now whether this ear problem goes away after breaking it in... I dont know. I guess I just have to wear a bandana or a durag over my ears so dont fold down when putting the helmet on.

another piece of trivia... the store in Taiwan that I got my helmet from was robbed the night after I picked up my helmet... and 23 WHITE ZOO Helmets were stolen....

they were for selling this helmet at one of the booth's at laguna for $700. they said it was one of 46 helmets that were shipped to the states.

wow, thats an awesome deal for the helmet and all the freebie shirts. that's insane.

i paid 500 for my arai valencia and i thought that was a good deal. hahaha.

it's a radical helmet. :)

eden, how's the pricing on stuff like visors and helmet bags? Got any suggestions for places in hk or peking? do they even carry arai stuff in the mainland?

Ummmm, Since there are no import tax in HK, I think stuff is cheaper than in the states... I dont remember how much my visor was, but I remember thinking that price was pretty standard... and I dont have a Helmet Bag... sorry!

As for HK, I would recommend MOTOMART in TOKWAWAN in Kowloon. they are like the Road Rider of HongKong. They carry pretty much everything...

As for BJ, and China in general, There is very limited selection and the pricing stinks due to a 20% import tax...

I'd stick to getting stuff in HK...

However, if you are lucky, u may be able to find a FAKE PLEATHER Dainese suit... they are hilarious. I cant imagine going down in a pleather suit thinking it was real leather.

I was trying to find the Moto-Mart while I was in Kowloon, but I think they weren't open on Monday and I was leaving tuesday. I did find the Arai/Dainese store in Kowloon City.

you mean Hung Hing? there are only 2 stores in HK that carry Dainese.. to my knowledge...

Hung Hing is kinda like tha store in Santa Clara... I think its called Santa Clara Cycle... across from the liquor store... decent selection, but the prices are better in Motomart...
