Not a fan of the real ID and sharing personal info shit but this one I will probably do.

Did not know about this!

Super easy. Have QR already downloaded to the phone!

Thanks Budman!

Some events and other stuff this should make it easier.

If you did it I will tomorrow. :teeth

Thanks, I have mine save in my favorite photos on my phone.

I tried and it didn't work. :(

You recently requested a digital COVID-19 vaccine record from MyVaccineRecord.CDPH.ca.gov. Unfortunately, the information you provided does not match information in our system.

I tried again but used my work cell number and got the code. I guess I'm glad they have my name, DOB and cell in their system but I hope they don't get hacked.

I did it. No worky:
Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record

You recently requested a digital COVID-19 vaccine record from MyVaccineRecord.CDPH.ca.gov. Unfortunately, the information you provided does not match information in our system. You can submit another request with a different phone number or email address, or you can contact the CDPH COVID-19 Help Desk for assistance in matching your record to your contact information

Boom! Got it!

BTW, if you have a hyphenated name of any sort (my formal, married name is) you need to type it in like that. The exact spaces, etc. you used to be checked in is what they have you under. Mine didn't come through the first time, but it did when I used the hyphen. (Normally I never use hyphens in online forms because they screw them up.)

Worked for me. :thumbup

Thanks for posting this up!!

Didn't work for me. They said it didn't match their records. :dunno

I used a often used PIN and wrote it down and when I enter it at the link sent to me I'm told the PIN is incorrect. I tried twice same thing. AArrgg. I'll go the photo route.

Did not work for me. Guess my provider didn't provide a phone number or email address.

Have to use the same info you used to book your VAX appointments I've been told...

Yeah, still no worky for me. Not surprised though. Myturn.gov was a total waste of time and effort for me. For all I know, St. Joseph HealthCare didn't tell the state.

took me the second try to figure out I needed to take a screen shot of it

PSA: Anyone can download (and use) the QR code verifying app. It's called "Smart Health Card Verifier" and is free to download on the app stores.

As for the complaint that not everyone has a smartphone, which is driving at least some of the opposition to the "vaccine passport" stuff: Then print out the QR code. Paper scans just as well as pixels do.

If you don't have a printer, go to your local library and use theirs.

If you don't have a local library, you probably haven't gotten vaccinated either, so :twofinger.

Looks like Google Pay will store these. We don't have the QR code down here yet but it seems that is coming.

Another PSA: I got the Pfizer booster last week, and re-requested the QR code. Sure enough, all 3 shots are listed now.
