Do you insure your e-bike?

a GROWN ASS

I think they’re entitled if they step of the corner wearing full ASS earmuff headphones, into the crosswalk without looking (technically having maybe secretly given a teeny side eye ) - they don’t realize their senses are more dumbed down than they think. Hope that podcast is worth it

ut then again I don't think my pedal assist e'bike is any more of a threat to others thanany other bicycle I've owned in 50+ years.
The You’d be a little more wrong, as e bikes carry more weight on average statistically thus are more of a threat. Of course we can dismiss it as “at least it’s not a car” …okay then.

Gene Simmon's tongue, model Heidi Klum's legs
Honorable mentions.

Whatever lifts your luggage

Hey, you said it!

Mine weighs no more than any analog bicycle I've ever owned.

Certainly no faster than my old Super Sport was back in the dayl

Thinking of resurrecting that and getting a 3 piece crank, putting a flat handlebar on it and upgrading the deraileurs.

And I won't insure it either.

The question (for your friendly neighborhood insurance agent) is how much of a bike(s) is included in your home (or renters) policy.

There are cheap store bikes and very expensive bikes, but they're all bicycles, not even e-bikes.

Add the question: does my policy excluded e-bikes? Many do.

I just have $1 mill blanket. Of course I have to have underlying policies. Hagerty insists on full coverage to our agreed upon value. I sort of self-insure. Except liability can be a whopper so there’s that.
