Do you name your motorcycles?

So I don't name every bike I end up owning but some do get names. The 2000 Ninja 250 got named Ninjette, the 2002 SV650 got named ol' yeller. The YZF600R got called the thunderpig. The Z400 is edging towards being called the nakid ninja.
Do you name your rides?

When I had multiple bikes I did. I think it helped me keep them in a regular rotation so none got neglected, or left feeling lonely or jealous of it's stablemates.

But, I mean...my coffee maker had a name, so did my truck and a host of other inanimate objects in my life.

Now though, I have "my bike" or "the Experia" compared to the wife's bike "the Zero". Nothing wears an anthropomorphized moniker anymore.

Maybe because, now,.... I have a Wife, a kid, and pets.

So, I have the Harley, the Mazda & the FJ. Had a cat named Cat. Had a dog named Dog. Brought home two sister cats, Cat & OC. (Other Cat.)
Wanted to name the granddaughters Kid and OK. My offering was rejected.

the 74 Capri I got as my first vehicle was named Carlos, not exactly certain where the name came from but it stuck.

One of my favorites was a Miata named Mr. Joso. The plate was 3MRJ050 so it became Mr. Joso pretty much immediately.

I usually refer to mine as “the two wheeler” when I’m talking to my wife. She’s not 100% happy I ride so I try make it more palatable.
So far it’s working.
