As often as we bitch about cars being parked in moto spots, it would be pretty hypocritical to be fine with this tool's parking job.
 
I figure He is doing the environment a favor, keeping some batteries out of a landfill a little longer.
The stickers are dumb. Stickers are for children and toolboxes.

As long as the business is dead and you're constantly looking over your shoulder to make sure no one else wants that spot, you're fine IMO

Nothing wrong with breaking the law if there's nobody around who could be harmed by it or even see you doing it. Same mentality bicyclists have when they blow downhill stops in isolated areas.
