same thing happened on my street two years ago! in the end, the guy ended up with 26 counts of leaving the scene of an accident...the cops found him passed out in his truck....my pictures aren't nearly as good though

Honestly it sounds like more than just drunkedness - alot of those cars look like they were hit deliberately. Seems like the guy just blew his top. The alcohol probably was really just a catalyst to say "Ok, it's time to fucking batshit insane now"

Hopefully they'll give him two points on his record for every single car he hit.Revoke his license forever. Damn shame a dog bought the brunt of the carnage, but it's a small miracle there weren't any other casualties.
