John- I know your just kidding but this guy is No Squid. He is the most skilled rider I know. I'm not just referring to the infinite whellie or half mile long stoppies he's capable of but all around street skills. A safely executed stand up in the middle of nowhere for a picture is OK in my book.

I`ve only been ridding a motorcycle since I was 5 years old. Yeah what a squid/newbie I am. Maybe the guy that made the squuuuiiids post just cant wheelie yet. Its all good we can all be haters at times. Honestly I dont have anything to prove when I go ride, unless a sport bike wants to get it on in the twisties. Then I gotta represent for the motards out there. Always keeping things in my ridding level of course. I love to feed off the energy of the group that i am ridding with, if it is fast or slow I love it. Really if any of you have been to the junction you know that coming to it from the back side of hammy has some long straights. My buddy mike has his camera around his neck while he rides so he thought we could catch a different looking shot while ridding. I thought it came out alright for a point and shoot over his shoulder kind of shot. Just always remember to keep it real when your on your bikes. No ridding over your head to be cool. Thats when sh@t happens. Let the fast guys be fast if they want. Just know where your skill level needs to be.

We all have different concept of "SQUID".I ride aggrssively from time to time and i'd like the wheelie scene on a ride and make some video of it.And not a haters.:thumbup
Where I'm from, a squid had nothing to do with how fast they ride or what they do to their bike... it's yours, do what you will (whether I agree or not).As long as they arent hurting others its fine with me.And wearing shorts and t-shirt on a 90 degre hot day is a normal riding gear ISLAND STYLE!!
I've seen alot of different riders, ride alot of different ways and to me this term "SQUID"could apply to all of them depending on the situation.

I'm might be out this week. I can only do a shorty morning ride sunday. If the timing works out i might show up for part of the duc ride. If not i'll hit the mellow ride that is posted. Just pick a hot route and post it up early. the ducs will come.

My live-in nanny will be here at the end of the month, then it will be on like donkey kong 24/7. Until then I'm mr.mom.
