In case anyone ever wondered if Dynabeads really worked (like I did), just sharing my personal experience. Dynabeads is just the company name - product is thousands of tiny ceramic beads that counterbalance the tire from within to replace the need for wheel weights.
Bike is a Harley Fat Bob. I purchased some new tires. This was the first time I changed the tires myself on this bike - and I found out there's no real flat spot on the rim to securely put wheel weights, but tried anyway. Sooo, one day I took both hands off the bars and had crazy head shake. Took a look at the rim and see that the weights had come off. Primarily because of laziness (not wanting to remove wheel and rebalance), I purchased the Dynabeads to just throw in there.
I'm about 200ish miles in and I have no more head shake! From that test, it seems they work well. Not sure of what downsides there may be at this point, but I'm satisfied.
