Escape and Evade Fail!

I was sitting at a light on Willow Street in E.Palo Alto 11:20 am today and saw a young guy on a Black R6, i think, trying to out run the police. I thought, "Cool, I'm on COPS."
The bad part, for the rider, is that he had no skills. I saw him come around the corner only marginally faster than the average soccer mom in a Honda Odyssey. Within 30 seconds 3 EPA mc officers and a half dozen cruisers of various decor went past directly on his tail.

Seriously, I don't understand bolting under almost any circumstance, but if your woefully devoid of any talent, its just sad.

There is a huge gap between 1 and 30 seconds to qualify for your "within" statement. If it was closer to 30 the LEO's were losing BAD.
Check the PA PD incidents page in a few days. You might see something.
