So... if you show me what?

Well the OP asked about exhaust packing and which one need it and which ones don't , then
My shop is the importer and distributor for stainitune, trust me, no repacking

Since the above was stated I just asked ,,, If I get new ones if evidence was produced to show an example of a Saintune is in need of repacking , that's all just asking a question .
Now if you were to run this by your boss and see if they would replace them . Then I wouldn't have to R&R the C/F sleeves ( which I already have ) and do the repacking thing .

The key word being "NEEDING" packing. You still could, but you don't need to. I can drop a nut into my combustion chamber through the spark plug hole, but it doesn't mean it is needed. You CAN open the pipe and replace the packing, but you don't NEED to.

Don't know what else you expect to hear...

What is it that makes it unnecessary to repack a staintune? Does it have something to do with the material used? Do they use fiberglass? All stainless? What's the deal?

Good God! Get off the darn "why can't I repack my Staintune pipe?" tangent already. There's a reason it's called Staintune; it "Stays-in-tune." Yes, it's possible, but it's not necessary.

I repack my canisters whenever it/they get(s) godawful loud. I just switched to an RC51 and haven't put pipes on it yet, but my when I had an Akro on my CBR I changed it after about 10k IIRC.

I just repacked the Muzzy on my SV. It had gotten so loud that people routinely told me that they could hear me go by every lap on the track, like a small block chevy. It takes about an hour if you have the tools. The packing you can get on ebay for $20. When I opened the pipe up, there was NO fiberglass left at all. It was all burned out. It sounds much quieter now and not nearly as raspy and loud.

Yeah... it's good to have a freshly packed exhaust.. repack it before it's too tough to get apart...
