Hey guys there's a place called king of thai noodle house on clement between 7th & 8th ave OPEN till 1:30am $5-6 not too bad:bbq

this place is the shit! I love it. I'm down to go here if anybody wants to meet up. Great food reasonably priced.

meal? :laughing jjkg! there's a new thai/chinese place in... "Westlake Shopping Center" :teeth - Banana Bay or something. Big place, plenty parking bike or cage. Not know the hours of op yet. But killer food and not high dollar. Well, that's relative I guess. C'mon Calvin, you can splurge on yourself now and then it's ok!

there is another King Of Thai Noodle II over at Taraval and 25ave in the sunset, Meals are cheaper and lots of parking.

cool. we need to schedule a regular dinnertime event sometime. I am down for almost anything from a good steak to pasta to seafood. no squirrel though. :teeth

i think i agree on calvin on this one. i need to save money for trackdays. already cutting on the venti raspberry soy no foam extra hot latte and dining out. i'll only drink starbizzy for BARF tues socials (or just get a plain drip in smallest size) or go fine dining only on a date.

else, let the cost cutting begin!!!

exactly! :D my social drink of choice is a nice ol' bottle of tap water, straight from such exotic locations as...the kitchen. :twofinger

i signed up for 4 trackdays this yr. not including the 1 i crashed on...

wish i had enuff room in my bag to bring some from my personal exotic source - Brita!

i'm projecting probably 4-6 trackdays for the remainder of the year (if i can play hookey and take minimal days off). but current job situation may prevent that. i know that part of those projected track days will have to be in socal. ;)

BRING YOUR DATES ALONG DAMMIT!!!

well then! think u can hook up this "nice, smart (well sorta), financially/socially/emotionally independent, got a 'career' job, work hard/play hard, has class (though often mistaken for snotty), not to mention a gentleman who knows how to treat a lady right, actually named after a philosopher (and trying to live up to it)" fella.

heck, so long as your proposed prospect can hold a decent conversation(and sorta cute), love broadway musicals, has class, carries herself well, loves to cuddle, gives warm hugs and most importantly have the ol' adorable smile that she can easily call at her command, i'd be willing to go on a regular basis to ponzu (love their chocolate dimsum, high recommended!), fleur de lys, bix, etc. with y'all! :p

I'll chime in..
Hey, who you callin a lady?:laughing

Oh, a constructive reply is probly requested.
Why not have a, whatsit called, personal section on BARF. You know,
like a missed connections or the like. Then all Barfers could
post-looking for, or I am..you are...
You think we could handle it?
Just think of the possibilities.

You may not want to mention the broadway musicals...:laughing j/k

I like Melissa's idea about the personals, think of the sheer entertainment value alone!!!!:teeth

wicked, why not mention broadway musicals? i don't get it. so i have a slightly different taste. is this something a BARF/motorcycle riders taboo thingee? or just something developing w/ women in general that i dunno about. please enlightened this poor soul who's single, unattached and starting to definitely look. ;)

this shud be fun. so long as womens' criteria do not include lap times. i only managed a slow poke 1:47 @ Streets of Willow.

You forgot to mention "must like motorcycles and BARF." In a few months, I might be single too! My BF has been complaining I spent too much time with BARF!

though i kid about that, that's not realistic. i'd settle for just accepting me for this dangerous and costly (though exciting) hobby/stress relief. it'll be more costly now that i just want to ride track ONLY!! now i know how the other peeps here feel. guess i'm gonna be caging it a lot to SF meets. :p ya giving us hints there vicky? :teeth

:eek

But it's a very well-known fact that single girls who ride sportbikes, do not remain so for long. Ask any girl on this forum...go on, I dares ya'! :x
