Fat Kid vs. Mom

I mean, my pop used to whip my ass with a belt for doing stupid shit like lighting the neighbors bushes on fire. I think if I slapped my mom like that, my pop would put me in the hospital.
 
Could they be acting? Sure. I wouldn't believe so because of what I see in time index 2:32, a review of the "light" slap from a different camera angle. While I think a foley artist enhanced the sound of the slap, watch the boy blink, tense and raise his hands momentarily in expectation of a physical response. Of course, none was forthcoming.

If she belted him right then, it would have been what he was expecting. In a sense, he was asking for it. By not physically responding, she further enhanced his self-proclaimed right to dominate her.

We are mammals. Dr. Spock and Dr. Phil should be replaced by Dr. Kid Whisperer. Might not need a choke chain, but a sharp bark and firm steadying hand early can save what we witness here.

Don't need to spank, don't need to scream. Just be the alpha dog. It's a tough job, day-in-day-out. For this pair, probably too late.

My niece and nephew are very scared of me, while they are not scared of their own parents. You just gotta raise them like there in a military. hahaha

but dam. if that was my kid. he would have been through about 5 walls in the house. thats how it was when i was raised by my parents. now i wouldnt do that to my own kids or anyone else kids.
 
if my kid pulled 1/2 that shit ... not only would he get the spanking/beatdown of his life from me; but his miserable little room would be dwindled down to a bed, chair, desk, and a light. all toys gone. all 'personal items' that are 'his' = gone. hell, i'd even go out and buy some dork ass clothes for him to wear, and make him wear them, take away any cool clothes i ever bought that prick; looks like mom has allready done that with this kid :laughing

ah but as said, this is all pissing in the wind. previous enforcement of this type would ensure that this incident would never happen. the kid has been raised to believe he can get away with that shit .... blame the parents.

We live in a world where pussies and woman with pussies have a big influence on the laws. If the mom were to hit that kid he'd probably call the police or child protective services and she'd be in jail or have the kid taken away. Way to go liberals :thumbdown
 
Damn. Not to say that I'd ever let that shit go that far if I ever had kids, but I'd throw that kid a right jab that he'd never forget. Slap me and you'll be shitting teeth, buddy. :|
