where my ladies at? any ladies here possibly training for figure etc??
anyone who wants to train together, i train 5-6 days a week in san francisco/peninsula.
saturdays i typically have a 1 hour outdoor cardio session, so if anyone would like to join me, let me know. i run really slow, maybe 11-13 minute miles! a pace we can just barely still conversate.
i'm not looking for clients to train, i'm looking for people to train WITH.

. I run a 13:00 2 mile...would like to get back down to 11:00s (best time ever was an 11:14 2 mile). It'd be awesome to have a workout partner around San Mateo, I've been hella lazy after I tweaked my shoulder. It's still a little fucked up but I've been doing dumbell workouts at home and I think I can jump back into the gym again pretty soon.
