where my ladies at? any ladies here possibly training for figure etc??

anyone who wants to train together, i train 5-6 days a week in san francisco/peninsula.

saturdays i typically have a 1 hour outdoor cardio session, so if anyone would like to join me, let me know. i run really slow, maybe 11-13 minute miles! a pace we can just barely still conversate.

i'm not looking for clients to train, i'm looking for people to train WITH.

Been working out for 4 months. running for the last 2 months. Mountain biking......

just did a 5k and getting ready for a 12k in like 7 weeks.

Also would like to find more people to train with Near Castro Valley.

Hey, so I haven't decided if I really want to get into the complete diet portion of figure training, but I'm def. interested in the lifting and the cardio. Where and what times were you thinking?

hell a 10 min mile is conversation speed! and i do it at 6000 feet! pick it up lil lady!

Le GF is a Strength Coach and former fitness model and is up in the Woodside area almost daily. She's sometimes on here somewhere. I'll pass this on to her!
 
Im no bodybuilder but I hit it hard 3 days a week to train for MMA in Antioch. Then hit the gym 5 days a week for stregnth training in pittsburg.
 
I need to get back in the gym, been skimping for a month or so. Still in pretty good shape though...when I stopped to take a break I was at 5.7% body fat :teeth. I run a 13:00 2 mile...would like to get back down to 11:00s (best time ever was an 11:14 2 mile). It'd be awesome to have a workout partner around San Mateo, I've been hella lazy after I tweaked my shoulder. It's still a little fucked up but I've been doing dumbell workouts at home and I think I can jump back into the gym again pretty soon.
