Ed was a treasure. The first time Banjoboy took me on fish rock my strom fell over and he helped me lift it. I once made a sketchy pass as a padawan and Ed wasted no time calling me on my shit and letting me know I should try to focus on riding for a long time and be less of an idiot. But he delivered the message with the wisdom that comes being an esteemed elder.

his support of the rallies and support of newer riders is commendable. his passing was a big loss for all of us. i hope he's riding on some clouds now, in perfect health. <3
