It was a great bike, worthy of another chance at life with someone who could ride her. She had updated legs at both ends and her compression was as new. And she was de-smogged. Her original owner was the guy who owned Honda Milpitas.

The guy that owned/ran Honda Milpitas did a tremendous amount of good for motorcycles. Remember his monthly rally up at Alices every summer- he'd show up with 20 bikes. I recall, wasn't Andy Kettle his name?

Both are correct.

Good dig. Doing more photo searching I found @LowsideE went to Quincy with us too...!
He is a Mercedes Repair shop owner and is pretty damn smart on anything mechanical.
