that motherfucker was out on parole for assault with a deadly weapon at the age of 27.

How do you get paroled for that?
 
Godspeed officers. Thank you for your service. I cannot imagine what it must feel like to be the first SWAT officer going through the door to apprehend the suspect. Your bravery is astounding.
 
i have met 3 of the officers. Officer Hege and dunikan were great officers who came down to our academy to talk about the motor unit.

officer roland was an awe inspiring and motivational fire arms instructor.

they will never be forgotten

The three veteran officers killed were all sergeants: Erv Romans, 43, Dan Sakai, 35, and Mark Dunakin, 41, police said. This was the first time that any sergeants in the department have been slain. Officer John Hege, 41, of Concord is on life support at Highland Hospital. A fifth officer was grazed by a bullet. He was treated and released from the hospital.
