This was a 'popular', if you can call it that, among the lowlifes back in the 70's where I grew up. For some reason, often referred to as a Mississippi curb bite.

You're right this was in the 70's. The guys that I knew that were doing it were from Oregon.

You have to ask yourself a few things:
1. Did he lose a bet with Roger and/or Tommy?
2. Did he WIN a bet with Earl?
3. WHO got to spin those into shape and how much did it cost?
4. Where was it done and who witnessed it? (Ice Cube, Snoop, Tricky, etc)
5. Was Arai impressed enough to make a special liner for his helmet?
6. Did his umbrella girl count in Italy go up, down or stay the same? Japan?

These are the questions we need to know.
