Life is life... whether it be yours, your children's, your neighbors pet, that life is valued by someone. For you to say you would rather 1000 dogs be tortured than for one innocent person to die is dumb.. what if there is 1 person out there who has no family or friends... and all that matters to them is their 1 dog. The fact is, there ARE people like that.. who cherish their dogs life as much as their own.. therefore, if u torture their 1 dog, that is pretty much the same as taking away all they have to live for.

Research also shows that people who like to torture animals are more likely to be violent towards people. But he plays football and makes people a lot of money. The more money your worth the more can be overlooked, or at least that's how it's been for awhile.
