Game of Thrones Season Seven (NO SPOILERS!)

What don't we know then? Or at least, what don't I know? Since I miss a lot. It would be too easy to have a repeat of the last fight with Drogon vs Jaime's men except against the white walkers and the addition of another 2 dragons.

:shhh I read there may be an ice dragon

But I'm not sure you're missing anything. :)

Fuckin called it early in the episode as soon as Area started creeping on Baelish. I was like "guarantee he'll pull some counter espionage just to test the waters and see what else she's learned besides fighting". Sure enough...

He's definitely playing a dangerous game, but then, he always has. And part of me thinks he simply can't resist the temptation of exploring the unknown. Ie, just how much has Arya changed.

Interesting tidbit, about Gendry's hammer. Robert killed Rhaegar with a hammer. There was a hint of friction between he and Jon...

Edit: I also think Cersei is full of shit about being pregnant. She knows she's losing Jaimie so lying about another baby and a future worth fighting for would bring him back in line.

I have a bad feeling that Arya's going to get it :(

I... doubt it. Of course with JRR Martin, there are no safe bets, but I feel like through the books and shows, I think that Jon, Arya and Tyrion are the only safe bets as to who will survive, at least up to the climax.

BUT, Arya might kill Sansa, which might be even more tragic.

The note that Littlefinger had (which he meant for Arya to find) was the note that Sansa wrote to Robb to inform him that King Robert had died and Ned was being tried for treason, and to beg him to stand down peaceably. It was a note that Arya was never meant to see, and a note that Sansa wrote under duress from Joffery.

But, with this show, who knows.

Jon ain't going nowhere. They already killed him once. He has plot armor made of adamantium now.

Ah I think you're right. Oh thought she had a cameo when I watched it forever ago, but I can't find anything.

it's just been far too long since a Stark has suffered, is all. And I really like Arya, so now I have a feeling.

yeah, about the scroll: what is so horrible about it that Arya would be so pissed off about? that Sansa asked winterfell to stand down? she was a pre-pubescent girl at that point, no? I'd be surprised if Arya was that upset about it. but who knows.

At any rate, this Sunday is the penultimate episode. which in all other seasons, means epic action and surprise.

where's sam tarly going? he doesn't know about his brother and father, so he should assume he's not welcome at home. he's not a night's watchman...winterfell perhaps? I think it was a mistake for him to leave...but I understand. and he has a valerian sword too.

And speaking of general inquiry, when is someone going to wonder aloud what would happen if the dragon scorched the white walkers? Seeing the big ol thing cozy up to Snow has me goin...

The Night King has supernatural powers. He will probably just shoot down the dragon with a beam of ice out of his hands or some shit. Then the Wight Walkers will just raise it for their army of the dead.

If GoT goes full DragonBall and has a fire and ice blast battle, I quit.

I think it serves a dual purpose. Drives more of a wedge btw Sansa & Arya. But also, if it gets out, the families of the North will have less faith in her. Even though she was only a teenage at the time, I don't really think explaining that she was coerced into writing that note will mean much when 10 year old Lady Mormont is willing stand by the North.

Back to Bronn & Jamie & Cersei & Qyburn's spies. I think it's a little weird that Cersei knows that Bronn negotiated the secret meeting btw Jamie & Tyrion but didn't put him in a cell or punish him in some way. If Tyrion was in King's Landing & not brought to her, I don't think she'd let anyone go unpunished, even Bronn.

On a continuity level, I'd like to see if this plays out somehow. But on a Bronn is a badass level, I don't want to see him pathetically dismissed in some way by Cersei for brokering this meeting.

Jailing Tyrion or causing harm to him in anyway directly is probably the best way to push Jaime away. She don't wanna do that.
