Helimot H20s. 200$.
They've been crashed in 6-7 times now, twice at 80+mph on the track, once at 40mph on the track and a couple of parking lot crashes while acting like an idiot and one low speed lowside. Total cost of repairs? 27$. I need to send them back for another round of repairs, I anticipate another 20-30$ repair bill.
I'd like to see any other pair of gloves stand up to that many crashes and come out to a total cost of 227$. Plus I got them custom modified to shorten the straps and to add more padding on the back of the hand. That was another 25$.
Can't beat Helimot for service, performance, and just general awesomeness.
You can spend a little money a lot of times for gloves that won't be repairable and of questionable quality, or you can spend a little bit more up front and never buy another pair. Your choice.
