his views differ from theirs, thats why he posts funny quotes on bush, nothing wrong with that, but calling someone an idiot for it, something is wrong with that i say ;)

To use a little KneeSparx response technique:

What are you talking about? I was just posting one of my funny quotes. Who said I was calling him a dumbass. I have often been quoted saying, "your a dumbass" watching to much that '70's show I guess.

Geez, are you so bored that you take a little innocent comment and jump to the defense of someone else who didn't even comment about it?

Funny Shotline quotes:

"Get a life."

"I, John, take you Jacqueline, for my wife, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.

With this ring I thee wed, and pledge thee my troth.."

- John F. Kennedy

Main Entry: troth
Pronunciation: 'träth, 'troth, 'trOth, or with [th]
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English trouth, from Old English trEowth -- more at TRUTH
1 : loyal or pledged faithfulness : FIDELITY
2 : one's pledged word; also : BETROTHAL

I too have been called a dumbass by this man. I may not agree that I am a dumbass, but he called me it. Now I am just waiting for someone who wasnt there to say he was wrong. Then I will quote it and hand it over to shotline listing the other guy as a source.

You can call me a Dumbass, I really don't care . I just find the reaction of some people funny. I just enjoy some political humor on both sides. Anyone ever watch the Daily Show on the Comedy Channel... Now that is some funny stuff..

You'll learn pretty fast around here that the Republican party is nothing to laugh about. :twofinger :laughing

What strikes me as funny is how so many people distinguish between democrat and republican. As far as I'm concerned both parties are corrupt. Kerry is just a warmed over Bush. I trust neither candidate to make the right decisions and think the entire country is in the shitter regardless who wins in November.

Corporate America will always dictate who sits in the oval office. There is nothing grassroots about American politics, at least not on the state or national level. Ultimately our votes are bought and paid for. When a candidate can win an election yet receive fewer actual votes there is a serious flaw in the system.

In the end politics (to me) is more about shifting blame and responsibility down the chain of command during crisis, and accepting all the accolades during boomtimes.

Carter was blamed for inflation in the late 70's, although he didn't deserve it. And Clinton happily accepted his share of glory during the boom of the late 90's, although he didn't deserve it.

It's all just white noise to me now.
