Golden State Warriors 2015-2016

Be real here - It was the streak.

Guarantee you wouldn't see those kinds of numbers after the fact.

Streak over and lowest ticket for Dubs vs Cavs on Christmas day is $255

Lowest ticket vs Kings after Christmas is $130

It's the Greatest Show on Hardwood right now and in all of sports. My mom who knows nothing about basketaball wont miss a game this year because of Steph.

Jason Kidd said he's our generation "Michael Jordan".

What's funny is fans have been trying to anoint the next Jordan. Tried to do for Kobe and tried with Lebron and it's looking like a 6'3 180lb sharp shooter might be taking the reins. I dont remember arenas opening early for Kobe or Lebron. Time will tell but considering how Curry is significantly elevated his game from his MVP year last year is insane.

Finals rematch is *of course* going to bring high ticket prices. Arenas open early because there's money to be made. Let's be real here. Cash in on the hype, and get as many people coming to your games for as much money as possible. After all, this IS a business. At the end of the day, they want your money. You have no real bonds to this team, and they are paid players from ten billion different places around the globe and within the USA. Mercenaries for hire. Convincing the fans that they're 'part of it all' is just another great way to make cash.

Anyway, it's way too early to even think about calling Steph "the next Jordan." Closest player to that title is still LeBron at this point, like it or not. How the Cavs handle the rematch & playoffs of this year could very well sway that argument one way or another. If we see another Cavs vs GS rematch for the NBA finals, and the Cavs take it... then what?

:laughing ok buddy.

I'm going to take Jason Kidd's assessment, a guy who actually played with Jordan and Lebron, over any casual fans'.

"He's this generation's Jordan." Kidd told reporters. "We all wanted to be like Mike, and children today will grow up seeing Steph."

How Steph has impacted the game over the last 3-4 seasons cannot be measured yet. Articles and Radio are saying the college game will improve which will then trickle into the NBA game improving DUE to the fact Steph is about fundamentals and shooting, not just a physical freak.

Clearly Lebron is great but has been in the league for 11-12 years already. Steph's on year 7 and is a transcendent player. So much so that there's speculation they will create the Curry Rule and move the 3pt back at some point. Lebron didnt change the game like Curry has and CURRentlY is.

I just hope he stays healthy and continue playing at his current level.

It's pretty crazy to think he's making shots due to pure luck but in reality, it's skills.

Not luck at all, Curry practices like a madman. :laughing

I'm just gonna leave this here:

"Can it make me shoot better? Huh? Can they put a chip in my arm where I can shoot like Steph Curry? If not, I don't care about it" - LBJ

LBJ did have a nice moment in Boston last night with a Celtics fan wearing shoes he helped design for kids with special needs in the middle of the game. (They showed a video about him during half-time that Lebron happened to catch.)

Whether it's media savvy, or more hopefully because it's who these super stars are in the inside (LBJ, Curry, and others like Newton in the NFL), it takes us farther away from the pieces of shit like Latrell Sprewell. :thumbup

In other news, nice segue, Dwight Howard is grumbling he doesn't want to play in Houston anymore.

Yes that was very cool, the shocked look on that kid's face was priceless after LeBron ran over to him. :thumbup

Saw an ESPN report this afternoon showing the Warriors at practice. They looked fresh, smiling. They interviewed Bogut too, holy hell does he have an accent, what part of Texas is he from? :p

Once again, the Warriors make their NBA presence feel like a Globetrotters game. Including Bogey's through the leg pass.... Gawd, it would have sucked to be a Sun on that court last night.

Just imagine how the bucks are gonna feel tomorrow. I think it'll be worse.

They went on a 67-20 run over less than 17 minutes.

Suns arent good BUT a run and scoring efficiency is near statistical phenomenon category. Would have been worse if this started in the first half and the stared played more in the 4th quarter.

Klay is hot right now and has come alive since being kind of cold the first 20 games.
