I don't think the GSX-R 600 to 750 forks interchange. About nine years ago, I put GSX-R forks on my SV650 so I could have inverted forks. BIG difference and improvement in carving up the turns. Anyway, I ordered Ohlins springs and internals for the 600 forks thinking: 650 bike, 600 forks, not a big leap, should be what others have done. They arrive and life gets busy to where a year passes before I could proceed with the swap. I go on Ebay and find a great deal on 750 forks. I didn't pay attention that I had ordered for 600 forks. I get over to the shop where Dave Moss is and ask them to pull to 750 fork guts and put in my Ohlins parts. Everything goes fine until we get to the springs--they don't fit! It dawns on me I screwed myself not checking first for discrepancies between the 600 and 750 forks, but my real stumble was ordering Ohlins for 600, then overlooking what I bought and then doing the Ebay buy. The guy at the shop looks me up and down and says he has some springs for my weight and riding style, that everything from the Ohlins kit can be used and just use the springs he has. No charge for the springs.
So while the valves and such from Ohlins were compatible for both the 600 and 750 forks, the springs had different diameters. Plus, it's not like Ohlins springs are made of some unique exotic unobtanium alloy.
You might run into a change in the bearings and bearing races for the forks mounting to the bike frame. I had to change out my bearing races on my SV frame.
Good luck.
