Bell Star MIPS is right in your price range and in my experience equal to or better than any Arai I have owned. Super quiet, comfortable and a nice tight race fit. One thing to note, they do run about a half size smaller than most helmets. I am 58/59cm, so I can wear a medium or large but typically I prefer a tighter fit so I normally always wear m. Not in the Star. It fit like a glove but just a little too snug. I didn't feel any specific hot spots but I got a little light headed after 30 minutes and my head was a bit numb after. The large fits like a great.
