If it were me, I would never allow that... too many possibilities for abuse. :( Yes, you said "members who have been around for a while", but that would be too difficult to track for a volunteer group...
 
I was hoping it could be automated, like the restriction on posting in classifieds. Dunno what vBulletin offers for that. But if it's possible then it would make a lot of good things easier and better, like embeds from other mapping and video sources.

Another thought is that it could be restricted to contributors. Someone had also suggested a Contributors Forum.

Good point... dunno, I've never looked that hard at vBulletin installations at all... maybe I should. :)
