What is so hard about moving over and letting someone who wants to go faster, well, go faster? It's a chp problem and people parking it to try and teach someone else a lesson is just silly.
Personally I think the people who deliberately go slow in the fast lane & express lane and decided 'this is fast enough for everyone' have serious power and control issues in their own lives.

I belong to PriusChat already, and they are good people over there.
I'm not being a righteous ass when I drive...I'm just driving. WTF is wrong with you guys that you don't even see both sides of this issue? You tell me to make some kind of compromise while legally driving in the HOV lane at a legal speed, being a responsible driver and making sure nobody pulls out in front of me causing an accident. Some weenie roast comes up behind me wanting to drive way over the speed limit. HE is being the asshole, not me. I'm doing what I'm supposed to be doing, and I'll continue to drive safely and prudently. Somehow driving a Prius makes me some yuppie wannabe green tree hugger or something? If you think that then you're a fucking tool and a half. I've also owned a rock crawling Toyota 4Runner and drove the same way on the highway. I currently own a Ford Ranger 4x4 as my second car and I drive the same way. Why does the car I'm driving suddenly make some kind of difference to YOU? Why all the Prius hate? You guys jealous of hybrids and the Prius is the easy target because it's the most popular one?
You fuckers want everybody to "get along" so bad, then how about driving the fucking speed limit, or at least close to it? That would make me and most other responsible drivers feel better, and might even save your own life one day. Driving fast and breaking the law is for fags. You want to take out your anger on somebody? Take it out on the dumbfucks who stunt on the freeways while deliberately blocking all traffic behind them. Take it out on the squids who blaze up and down the streets and highways wearing shorts and tennis shoes and carrying their idiot thong wearing girlfriends on the back. Actually, I hate left lane squatters equally, no matter what they're driving. Drives me fucking nuts when some shitdick is cruising in the HOV lane often times UNDER the damn speed limit. Drive the damn speed of traffic or GTFO!

You are NOT a good driver, you are an obstruction, or at best, a pylon.
IF you were REALLY concerned about "others" you would realize that there are a shitload of people out on the highway and they are ALL trying to get somewhere....THAT is what makes common courtesy rules (slower traffic stay to the right) the most important ones to follow. If you want to find ONE rule to obey and pretend you are "obeying the law" then you are only deluding youself.

Slower traffic should pull to the right until faster traffic passes.
It isn't a difficult concept. I ride/drive about 10 mph over in most cases, and I pull to the side if someone wants to go faster than me.
You are not CHP, your job is not to enforce speed limits.
IF everyone drove in a polite manner things would be much better.
