I got a ticket for driving WITH speakers in both ears VC-27400

I got cited for this before, I want to say it was $140 and no points. You can also get cited for this listening to your music while riding a bicycle. Saucilito PD is fond of that.
 
41 posts and I still don't see what the problem is. You admittedly did not get a ticket for using a hands free device. You admittedly had speakers over/in both ears, and got cited for that. You are guilty by your own admission. You are trying your best to rationalize that you were being a good guy and don't deserve the ticket when the facts that you provide indicate otherwise.
