I have big hands .....so are they true to size ?

How accurate is sizing ? I was thinking about getting the next model down from those called the ????

Hey PINNITT! I am expecting a trial pair at Mammoth Motorsports in Rohnert Park any day. They going to start carrying them. Might sell them on their website too. Ask about them next time you are there.

I LOVE em! They are a bit stiff but Ive only worn them for 1 track session and 1 15 minute street ride. After they are broken in a bit more Im sure they will be fine. I wear an XL in my Dianese Hellracers and Alpinestar shorty leather gloves, and got an XL in the Knoxs and they fit great.

So I wanted these gloves for a while now but....

after talking to some people who sell both the KNOX and the higher end HELD gloves, I was told on their personal preference that the HELDS might be a far better glove. I have had two pairs of original HELD gloves that I purchased back in 1997 or 1998 I think. Multiple trackdays, took a beating between everyday use so I had to have a couple of the fingertips restiched on one glove from each pair. That cost $60 so I am going to hang on to them for a while. I might even buy a newer pair of them, like the PHANTOM. Any of you dudes have the phantom ? Like or dislike ? review ?

I had heard the KNOX gloves are true to size, but the pair that I wanted (which is one model down from the Handroid), runs funny in sizing. It is called the BIOMECH and it runs large so I would have to go down a size ??. Going to just stick to the tried and true HELD glove.

I do admit the HANDROID and the BIOMECH are pimp looking though....

Bringing this back...

For those of you who invested in the Knox, what is your opinion on the "boa" lacing system. It was mentioned that it may be annoying for trackdays, taking them on and off, and needing to twist them over and over and over again. Is this true? are you guys finding it annoying at all, or fatiguing?

Freakin love them. I only wear them for track days and long street rides as they are a bit of a bitch to take on and off a million times, but they are awesome.

a little nervous about the on and off a ton of times....but what the hell...they seem badass.

Thanks!

I have the handroids and they run large by 1 size. The boa lacing system is great, and its super comfortable glove much better feel than my alpinestars gptech. I've had also the top of the line spidi and the dainese speed metal. And I can say, price aside, I'd choose the handroid - but I don't know about extreme summer weather yet, that will b concluded this year

I got the Handroids and like them a lot. The boa thingy makes for a very secure and supportive gauntlet. I broke the knuckle wing part by pushing them on in the wrong place but they sent me a fix it part. The palms have incredible feel now that I am used to them.
Highly recommend!
Plus they look wicked.
