Because it's trendy right now. I'm sure it happened when I was in school too, but was kept more hush hush. Then again, I was only having sex with myself back then so how the hell would I know?

I disagree.

"Most" of us are mature enough to be able to recognize and admit if our own offspring is "hot" or homely.

And on the other hand, if you were to think of your own daughter as anything BUT the most beautiful/hot girl in her age bracket, then something is wrong with you.

Shit, if daddy doesn't think you're top notch and convince you of that, then your best bet is to become a stripper with the lack of self esteem/confidence daddy has instilled in you.

A father knows if his daughter is going to be a target by the sweat that runs down his back as he watches her evolve into maidenhood and realizes that the 15 year old boys (we remember all too well as fathers of a daughter) are going to be staring at them with a single-minded purpose that is frightening in it's intensity.:cry

I think I differentiate between the words 'hot' and 'beautiful'.... they are used in different context, IMO. To me, my 20-21 year old nieces are 'beautiful' girls. The waitress at the bar is 'hot'.

Anyway, it was a meant as a fun poke more so than a political statement.
