I almost blew a gasket trying to figure out why it wasn't working with the GF's macbook, then I read about this. Seems silly :\

What's the deal with the locked files?
Why do they lock, doesn't this prevent continuous recording?

There is G-sensor,, when bike got hit, the recording will protected and could not be overwrote. and it keeps video up if camera is upside down.

It has sensitive level for setting, for ridding the better to set off or you need to check off to avoid SD card is full.
