And because they chased, now a bunch of people have damaged parked cars and all the stolen stuff got destroyed anyways.

It's a property crime, dude would spend the night in jail and get released.

I know dude did worse than break the speed limit. If I asked if anyone would endanger lives to recover property, almost everyone would say "why no, not me!"
Since it's very easy for the red mist to cloud judgement, I see a whole lot of BARFers driving that chase car.

I was surprised how much shit I got on BARF for confronting dudes I saw stealing my motorcycle, this is even more insane.
