Isle of Man TT 2026 May 24th - June 7th

For me.. the big bikes are about to head out.

Having this guy lead them out is wonderful stuff!

Dunlop actually led them out. Interesting factoid.
McGuiness is 54yo, in his 30th year of doing this with 67K miles under his belt.
It will be a bit doubtful to see him on the podium, but it would be epic.

A buck thirty three out of the gate is hauling. Getting the brain up to speed quickly!!!

Good weather creates opportunities!

Dunlop took advantage putting his Ducati on top of the Supersport Class at 126 plus. Same article above.

Look where 54yo #1 is after the first Superbike qualifying run.
Busting the 130 nut right out of the chute. Fucking eh John!! :thumbup

John is happy. Says he feels good and is going to challenge for a podium if all stays flowing like it is going. That would be amazing.

He said a couple of laps today and then a beer and ice cream tomorrow on his day off. GO JOHN!!

Missed some practice when I was off riding.

I need to watch this race but once again the Round Up delivers. Another awesome music vid just after the intro. The 6 lap Superbike race to kick this off. :thumbup

Top 3 guys is no surprise to me.

And I am doing that now.
225 miles. 2 pit stops. Almost two hours of the coolest shit ever.

EDIT: Guess it was bootlegged. :(

There will be MotoGP while were in Weaverville.
Should I bring the mini-projector for qualifying or the Sprint race ?

Dean Harrisson is ahead of Michael Dunlop by less than 1/2 a second after the first lap. Pit stop time!

my other club has a sad and unfortunate interest in sidecar racing at the IoM TT:

tl/dr: ground-effect aerodynamics in modern sidecars act like wings when when they catch air on the TT course.

idk what the answer is.

except to say that as dangerous as the TT is for motorcycles, it’s even more dangerous for sidecars. which is no answer, I guess. :dunno

I will check that out.

I love that the locals can just pull out a chair and sit in the front yard and watch race bikes fly by. So cool!

Dunlop with a good lead over Harrison managed the last lap.

Hicky worked his way onto the podium. Here leading Josh Brooks.
