This thread exists as a snapshot in time. It was an amazing chapter in my life, but one that has passed. Perhaps it will be opened again in the future, but I am not planning or hoping for that to happen. This thread stands as proof positive of what a person can do when they believe in themselves. I have done exactly what I set out to do. I have learned much from my successes and failures. I believe in pushing myself. I believe I am greater than I know.

That a Bay Area mechanic who surfed Barf could make the jump to working in MotoGP - to be a part of something bigger than themselves - this is the key takeaway.
