liam showed up at the hooligans track day out at stockton today. he borrowed a bike, some leathers, a helmet, and some nifty pink goggles and took to the track...it looked like he was having a pretty good time, except for one little slide! great meeting you liam, best of luck for the rest of the season!

Great Shot! (I just wish you'd gotten the "whole" picture. . . . .you know, how it's really a shot of my incredibly awesome wheelie out of a high speed corner that went wrong!) Just kidding, this was in the long left-hander near the pits that I've always found a way to crash in. And girl leathers or not, everything did their job and I was back on track with almost no damage (sorry about scuffing your new skateboard wheel sliders, Mike). It was great meeting and hanging out with everyone, and I'm working on posting some additional pics in my thread in the next hour or so.

Oh, and the best thing about Super-moto? Even laying it down is a good time! I took a great slide on my hands and knees, 180 degrees, and the whole time I was thinking, "WOW! This crash is going awesome!".
 
I lost it in that corner one time too. Even crashing on a supermoto is fun...

The only thing damaged was my pride and my $500 Arai...:cry

Man I knew you were gonna lose it there Liam! I watched you stepping out the rear in that spot lap after lap and I just knew one of those times you were going to get on the gas just a little earlier and lose it.

i took have crashed there. pouring rain, chasing elana on dions old XR650L... and WEWP! spun up the rear.
