linksys cloud - anyone else having issues?

I haven't been able to login remotely to my linksys smart wifi cloud for 2 days and their customer service (or rather belkin's) is just giving me the run around

isitdown.com, says it's been down for 3 days

and their own web server, linksyssmartwifi.com says it's under maintenance

anyone use their service and having the same problem?

I can connect locally and I'm sure I can externally access it, but honestly I forgot my external IP ever since I started using the app to administer to my families' routers

apparently I was the first person to complain about the problem - it's now good after I informed them that their cloud service was still unavailable at the time
