Hi,
I am brand new to motorcycling. Interested on a motorcycle in San Bruno. I am looking to find a local pre-purchase inspection service like https://bayridersgroup.com/pre-purchase-inspection/

I have been trying to contact them but neither the mentioned phone nor email works. Does anybody know of such service in the Bay Area, will really appreciate.

Also an experienced biker/mechanic works for me, I can work around your and seller's schedule. Will pay for your time!

Thanks.

I'm not familiar with that service but feel motorcycling safety is best dealt with by the 1st person's knowledge and abilities.

Hope ya find some help T-800….. and I hope ya find the bike in tip top shape and then it gives you smiles for miles. :ride

Have the seller take his bike to the local dealer who sells the same brand and have their service department do an inspection.
Offer to pay half.
It shouldn’t cost that much and that way you’ll have confidence in what you’re buying.
If the bike needs work then you can use that to negotiate the price.

Good luck.

Welcome to barf. You’re smart to have someone check out the bike. I’m sure someone will step up.

Whatever you do, don't accept at face value what the seller tells you without some kind of verification.
If they don't have any service records, or are evasive, or don't want to cooperate with an inspection - stop, go no further.
Sounds like you've already got this figured, just sayin'.
