Usually if someone is cool and courteous over the email, phone or pm, i give them deal. But. If you email me saying "I got a 100" and that's all in the message then I rather sale it for 50 to the rider with a sob story. I see people trying to sale their astar track pants for 200 and thats ridiculous. I'm not talking about selling bikes, that's a whole different ball game. Just parts and gears.
