First, my sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims.
I've posted this before. One thing I think needs to happen is ALL students should be made to take classes in Interpersonal Psychology from grade school through College. It helps you understand what you are doing to yourself inside your head. Gives you tools to work through stressful problems. Maybe that would cut back on stressed out, angry people blaming others for their issues and taking it out violently.
I was lucky enough to take it in Jr College. Changed the entire trajectory of my life.

I think you're somewhat correct, but this also smacks of othering ourselves from the shooter, which may not be productive. A few days ago this shooter was just another person like you would see at work, at the grocery store, etc. I think it's important to explore the ways someone ends up in his shoes, because his pathology sounds remarkably familiar.

I know this is old news. I personally know the shooters ex wife. I wouldn't believe a word she says. She's a real POS too. Probably drove him to insanity. I know for a fact she contacted all the news agencies for financial gain. Just sayin I'm not defending the guy he's a piece of shit too but this lady takes the cake for being a walking, breathing, steaming POS.

At least now, SJ will have mechanisms in place to pay for the damages, and other preventive measures.
