observed behavior -
1. After the expiration period (30 days) i'm being prompted to re-login (did not check if 30 days really apply, seemed at times that even from the same machine the term was not honored, but i may be off with this one)
2. The system produces a minimum of 2 codes at once.
3. This last time, perhaps due to stale cookies, and what not, the first pair of codes did not work, so i refreshed the page, logged in and requested for another MFA code, that produced 4 emails with 4 unique MFA codes. I was able to login (obviously).
Just wanted to point out this behavior.
